Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Blanco 2009

Purchased from Royal Hawaiian Coffee and wine Company (a small wine boutique in Prescott, AZ) for $15.00

Aaron: The bottle has a nice painting doesn’t it?  I also felt it had a pleasant flavor, predicated by a tropical fruit smell of mango, pineapple and peach.  There was tons of fruit on the palate with a nice smooth, buttery finish which I loved.  Nice for a white.  91 points

Teri: This Italian wine had a light crisp and citrus smell with lots of tropical fruit flavors, particularly melon and pineapple. There was some oak to the taste but it seemed out of place and didn’t flow with the rest of the flavor, which was long and rich for a white. 87 points
