Total Wine & More, $3.49 (even cheaper in other parts of the US)
Aaron: Ok, for $3.50 please at least try this … seriously! Tons of pear and some musk on the nose gave way to an underwhelming flavor. Spoiler alert: this was a good thing! The subtle pleasantness of this buttery white was a bit muddied but one could make out cantaloupe and honeydew. Is this the best wine ever? no, but for a ridiculously cheap vintage that also promotes sustainability, I’d drink it again. 90 points
Teri: Forget ‘two buck chuck’, this wine far exceeded my expectation for the price AND the winery has a strong sustainable ‘green’ focus by producing a lighter-weight bottle. The smell carries a tasty caramelized pear characteristic that follows through in the taste. Full flavor and medium body for a white, rich flavors of pear, citrus, and vanilla give this wine a delicately balanced mix of buttery and fruity flavors. Great to drink by itself or enjoy with a meal. Know someone who is big on sustainability? Give this bottle as a gift and they are bound to enjoy it. 90 points
