Aaron:  While I’m not a huge “sweet wine” fan, this Riesling was enjoyable.  I equate this to snowy pears – yes snow, watch me describe the flavor of snow as something different than water!  The nose was crisp like frost-coated green, “nearly-ripe” pears.  The flavor was not too sweet, but had a slight bubbling sensation. There were apricots and white peaches weaving throughout the taste but all underscored by a white-mountain ski lodge feel (see, I told you I would use snow as a flavor).  89 points

Teri: This Riesling has a very light but full flavor and smell. The citrus lemon smell is followed by a burst of fresh citrus on the palate then moves into a smooth vanilla/honey taste with a rather long finish and just a a slight hint of citrus again on the tail end. Just a hint of sweetness overall, not overpowering. As an easy to find wine, this is a great go-to for dinner parties or to pair with a dinner at home…possibly to mellow out some of those spicy dishes! 88 points
