Aaron: The nose of this cab was a bit off-putting at first as it featured rotten plums but the aftersmell of fresh cherry won be back over. Juicy flavors created an intense drinking experience with a lot going on but the tannins were a bit chalky. You need a few sips to get everything, but my highlight note was peppered strawberries. It’s still a little bitter and not great. 88-90 points
Teri: Bridlewood’s Cabernet Sauvignon follows your standard cab sav profile with a subtle cherry and spice nose. I tasted bright bing cherry flavors from start to finish with tobacco and oak extremely prominent at the end. The flavors did taste tight and slightly muddled, even after some time in the glass. 87 points
