Aaron: There was tons of oak on the nose of this pinot, supported by licorice and tobacco in the background. The mellow flavor is very different than the smell, featuring berries and leather – but this is mostly subdued. This is easy to drink and overall unexpected after the smell. 89 points
Teri: This classic Pinot carries red cherry and toasted oak on both the smell and flavor. Smooth tannins and medium body with a subtle lingering flavors on the palate. The dark cherry and leather flavors with undertones of oak make it easy to drink, which is why you find it on so many restaurant wine menus. A great overall drinking wine. 89 points
