Aaron:  The potent smell of grapefruit and passion fruit was broad for what turned out to be a very dry champagne.  Green apple was the overpowering flavor (more than I’d ever experienced) with some lemon as well.  This wasn’t my favorite flavor but I always enjoy the bubbles.  88 points

Teri: Pleasant light pear and apple smell with crisp flavor of peach and lemon on the finish–which is surprisingly long for a champagne. Overall dry, but fruity. Many bubbles on the first pour! They just keep coming. 88 points
