Aaron: I couldn’t sense any nose on this bottle but it was very flavorful with lots of bubbles.  White cherry and blueberry, combined with some ginger (very subtle ginger) to make for a somewhat complex palate.  This was slightly dry but not unnecessarily and featured enough sweetness to create a nice balance.  90 points

Teri: This Spanish sparkling wine is light and not overly sweet, but flavorful and easy to drink. Trying a sparkling wine from Spain, I didn’t know what to expect but after this bottle, I am going to start looking for more! With a fragrant peach and apricot smell and flavors of caramel, pear, and spun sugar this sparkling wine balanced dry but flavorful components with a nice level of bubbles. I would bring this to any celebration or just enjoy a glass at home. 92 points
