Aaron: The nose on this bigger red smelled like muddied tree bark with damp rocks and mushrooms. The flavor was large and smooth with mild tannins and mostly fruity flavors like I’d expect from the varietal. The finish featured some black fruit crushed on granite. 90 points
Teri: Bright red fruits on the nose with juicy rasberries and blackberries following on the taste. There was noticable oak throughout and a small hint of plum. I would classify this bottle as having medium tannins with a slight bite but overall smooth. 88 points
