Aaron: Red apple and palm trees cloud the nose and this is a little on the tart side but not bitter. It’s more to say it’s not sweet. I like that this is an easy-to-drink sparkling which can stand up to food and be enjoyed at any time. 89 points
Teri: Full disclaimer, I’m part of the “bubble club” for Treveri. Everything they make is high quality and a fantastic value (a few of their wines are even served at the White House). Their Blanc de Noir carries a nose of rose petals and raisins with flavors of orange peel, red apple, and floral undertones. This bottle is excellent on a warm day or to break out for a celebration (even the small ones). Not too sweet and not too dry, the Goldilocks of Brut sparkling wines. 91 points
