Wine Magazine Write Up

Aaron: I enjoyed this bottle but the flavor was a little light.  Strawberry and light tan bark with eucalyptus on the nose.  The flavor was slightly tannic with stones from a rocky riverbed.  Tart red berries on the finish.  89 points.

Teri: Aaron and I met this winemaker while at Costco (he was only selling bottles at the site for a few days). We mentioned we appreciate most bottles from Red Mountain and he suggested this one. Most of the fruit is from Red Mountain, although not enough to place it as the AVA on the bottle. He wasn’t wrong! This wine is bold and smooth with a nice finish. I tasted black currant, raspberry, creamy brie, and some mushroom. 93 points!
