Aaron: This bright red color of this wine was mirrored on the nose. Tons of cherry clouded the nostrils but the body was light (though not watery).  There were fruit flavors with some leathery vanilla and a bit of earthiness which grew on me after a while.  This was pleasant.  90 points

Teri: This pinot has a medium body with a long finish and smooth tannins. Flavors blend together hints of earthy bell pepper, tart cherry, and soft white pepper; a pleasant mix of earthy and fruity flavors for a complex but easy to drink red. 89 points

Aaron:  This was pretty solid.  Raspberry and blackberry on the nose with lots of vanilla and tarry oak in the flavor. This was generally mellow and very drinkable for a Syrah but still decently full.  This is a good middle-of-the-road bottle.  90 points

Teri: True to its heritage, this wine carries all the characteristics of a French red: predominant early and mineral flavors with a hint of subtle red fruits. It has a spicy nose, along with a taste of oak, plum, and tart minerals plus a medium finish. Very easy to drink but make sure you like “French wines.”  88 points

Aaron:  Bogle is always my go-to for affordable, easy-to-find bottles.  This Petite Sirah features plum and molasses with dark fruit on the nose.  There are cherries, blackberries, and tar on the huge flavor.  This is a big wine with some tannins, but enough fruit, cedar, and moss to remain pleasant.  89 points

Teri: Chocolate covered raspberry smell on the wine, almost jammy. Jelly flavors also full the taste along with bing cherry and raspberry. This Petite Sirah is very fruit forward with a backbone of smooth oak and noticeable but mild tannins. Great flavors and great go-to and easy to find. 92 points

Aaron:  This wine featured raspberry and some subtle, oaky jam  on the nose.  This was followed by a vanilla bourbon which made me excited to try a sip.  The flavor has a slight chalkiness but tons of cherry ice cream (no it doesn’t take like ice cream)  It’s not bad, a little tart, but not bad.  89 points

Teri: The smell of berry/raspberry opens up to semi-earthy notes on the wine blended with flavors of plum, oak, violets, vanilla, and black pepper. This bottle is very easy to drink and full of flavor. Plus, organic! 90 points.
