Aaron: This is really nice and smooth but crisp like a sav blanc.  I enjoyed the subtle melon and pineapple with a pleasant surprise.  This is a good, solid bottle that’s easy to enjoy.  90 points

Teri: You will find tropical fruits along with some lemon on the smell. The wine feels ‘full” for a white (often I like to say these ‘drink like a red wine’). I enjoy the flavors of lime, peach, and some apricot with its crisp finish. Very easy to drink with nice complexity. 90 points.

Aaron:  This was great! Really smooth but crisp and balanced.  I enjoyed the subtle melon and pineapple flavors with what I can only describe as a sunrise (yea…corny I know).  Solid bottle that’s easy to enjoy, especially if you can find for a little discount.  90 points

Teri: This Sauvignon Blac is easy to drink with nice complexity overall and a crisp finish. It carries a nice smell of tropical fruits and lemon. The body of the wine is full with flavors of lime, peach, and some apricot. 90 points.

Aaron:  We held this bottle for a while and it was worth it.  The fruity nose was mellow and pleasant, featuring tobacco leaves and bark with light mushrooms growing.  The flavor was very fruit forward with blackberries dipped in tar and molasses – as expected from a napa zin.  Some rum raisins and a hint of cinnamon made the finish complex and enjoyable. 91 points

Teri: Aaron and I purchased the bottle over 5 years ago and have let it sit until now; the results were worth it. I smell juicy blackberries and red cherries on the nose. Very smooth tannins with intense flavors of cocoa, raspberry, plum, and tobacco. Rich and delicious but you probably want to enjoy it with food. 92 points

Info on Wine Searcher

Aaron: This is a solid brut.  Traditionally sharp and dry as you would expect, the nose is a non-factor.  I noticed pine on the flavor and not a lot of apple or pear like other sparkling wines.  89 points

Teri: Light nose, just a hint of lemon curd. Very crisp, dry and leaves you with a nice clean mouthfeel. Some grapefruit and lemon on the taste. Pleasent flavors and easy to drink. 89 points
