The Tasting Room Profile, $15
Aaron: This has a mango, guava, and generally tropical nose. The flavor is crisp but a little wider than a brisk pinot gris. The light melon and shitake mushroom flavors were surrounded by tons of fruit making it pretty easy drinking. 89 points
Teri: This wine isn’t extraordinary but nice and the winemaker supports a good cause. There is apricot on the nose and the wine brings flavors of mixed fruit and citrus: apricot, pineapple, and lemon. Overall very refreshing. 89 points

Aaron: This isn’t a $50 bottle but it’s easy to pick up and drink with little prep. Green olives and white cream yielded to lots of honey and a bit of spice. There were some peaches but nothing very distinct. In general, just a mild, easy-drinking flavor. 89 points
Teri: This Chardonnay has a light nose and a crisp dry flavor. Flavors of melon, peach, and lemon make this Chard refreshing and easy to drink with a medium to light body. A slight minerality to the wine also adds a little complexity. 88 points

Wine Enthusiast Discusses Spindrift Pinot
Aaron: I noticed ferns and raspberries on the nose of the pinot. The flavor included a bit of a tangy bite which wasn’t my favorite and reminded me of underripe pears. There was also noticeable cranberry and lemon so this wasn’t very appealing to me. 86 points
Teri: Herbal nose and a solid medium body on the wine. Full flavors of mushroom, strawberry, grassy hers, and sweet oak. Flavorful and hearty. Quality pinot which is great with food. 91 points
This bottle came with a beautiful fruit arrangement from Harry & David given to us by my friend Sandy.

Aaron: Soft white cherry blossoms and some honeysuckle on the nose of this Pinot Gris. The flavor was pear, with sweet white grape juice. This is easy to drink but a little syrupy and thick. I expected a lighter body. 89 points.
Teri: Peach and pear on the nose with a semi sweet finish. This bottle reminded me of Riesling. I tasted green apple, oak, and Rainer cherry with a long finish and a hint of mineral at the end. Very easy to drink and hearty for a white wine. 89 points and will be favorites of those who like their wine in the sweeter spectrum.
